Historic Arcadia Inn

Arcadia has existed on the edge of Port Townsend and in the heart of the community since 1908. Transitioning through a myriad of incarnations, starting as a private residence, then a hazelnut and fruit farm, brewery/speakeasy, brothel, boarding house, bed and breakfast, and vaudeville circus base camp. We are now in the process of bringing the property back to many of its past glories, with the possible exception of the brothel.

The Grounds

The estate is twelve acres of mixed farm and woodland, with a large manor house, the Palindrome event space, Eaglemount Winery | Cidery tasting room, and homestead orchard. As we continue to work on the estate, we will be adding a vineyard, more orchards and other farm crops.

The Inn

Influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement of the early 1900s, our Craftsman-style Inn is spacious and comfortable, with large windowed rooms on all three floors offering delightful country views. Intricate wooden details throughout the Inn add to the charm of this iconic building.

All rooms at the Inn have private bathrooms, and guests all share a main living area on the ground floor for relaxing and socializing, as well as a large brick pillared porch which overlooks the estate.

The rooms are all individually available for rent through AirBnB, or you can take advantage of the Arcadia Inn & Apartment Package which includes the Apartment and all of the rooms.

Inside and out just
come together to create a
step back in time to
a simpler, quieter life.

Come taste cider and wine or be part of the storied history by booking your own event or wedding in the Palindrome, and stay in our cozy historic inn and rest awhile. Staying at the inn entitles all guests to a free wine and cider tasting next door as a part of your stay, so don’t forget to stop by the tasting room!
