Three Wheels Turning is a musical trio that synthesizes the skills, tunes and hearts of multi-instrumentalist songwriters Micaela Kingslight, Samara Jade and Aimée Ringle. Together, these three seasoned artists create a rich and compelling braid of voices, genres, styles and insights – gleaned from their individual paths through life and music and brought to bear through their collaboration and friendship. Aurora Kingslight is a rainbow of mysteriously catchy melodies and solid rocking baritone Ukelele skills. She is a multi-instrumentalist singer songwriter fresh out the gate, moving quickly into fresh new material at every turn. Her music resonates on a deeply personal level, inspiring us to trust the divine forces all around us.

James Rian O’Keeffe weaves passionate melodies into lyrics about the natural world and stories of inner transformation. He’a a soul singer. Classical guitar, electric guitar, piano, tongue drum and harmonium set the scene for this exploration of the divine. Come witness temples made of rainbows, talking plants and fractal rivers. Add in an occasional freestyle singing adventure and you have a uniquely personal set of songs sure to fill your heart and mind with wonder.

Eric James DeAratanha is a musician and sound engineer inspired by the natural world and the synchronous order of nature. As a composer and performer, Eric weaves ancient Earth wisdom into the vibrations of his songs, creating a poetic and visceral experience that explores the deeper lessons of human life. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, his music focuses on guitar, bass and piano while also weaving in flute, percussion, mandolin, ukulele, harmonica, cello, and sitar.

As a sound engineer and technician, Eric is known for his technical precision and has worked for musicians such as Porangui, Snow Raven, Gone Gone Beyond, Kat Factor, Fellow Pynins, Baladir, and Nick Platoff. His offerings also include soundscape journey creation, professional recording and producing, and private music lessons. When he’s not composing, performing or recording, you can find Eric building and repairing microphones, with a focus on vintage German microphones.
