Olympic Housing Trust Holiday Party

Olympic Housing Trust will throw its annual Holiday Party in the Palindrome on Sunday, December 11 at 5pm. At the party, Olympic Housing Trust will unveil a new project, and there will also be opportunities to see and hear about existing projects. The public is welcome at this event.

OHT is a Community Land Trust. Typically OHT owns the land, and the Buyer gets a loan on the house only. This makes the monthly payment significantly lower, and along with any subsidies or donations we can create housing affordable to people who are unable to get secure housing in today’s market.
