Raptor is our Reserve Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.

 

The grapes were hand picked at Arianses Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope AVA.  At our winery we fermented the varietals separately in small lots and transferred the wines to age in French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels in our underground cellar.  We select our best barrels of wine and blend the varietals to achieve a smooth and balanced Bordeaux-style blend wine.

Raptor is a rich, velvety wine with flavors of raspberry, red cherry, toffee, slate, and anise. Perfect to savor before a fireplace, for toasting, or for pairing with gourmet cheese.  Raptor is a fine accompaniment to Caesar salad, roasted meats, and pasta meals.
