Perry is a traditional name for a cider-style wine made with pears. We ferment certified organic Bartlett and Bosc pears and sweeten with juice to make a semisweet light fruity cider.

Our Perry has a delicate pear flavor and is perfect as a light bubbly wine to pair with foods or drink on its own. The delicate pear flavor makes a perfect pairing with a gourmet cheese platter with fruit and nuts.
