It's bottling season and we have 2 new releases, with more on the way:
Apple Mead: For this honey and apple wine, we crush and press organic apples and ferment with Sequim apple blossom honey from Sailing S Orchard. Before bottling we sweeten with more apple blossom honey from Sailing S to make a sweet, but not too sweet, wine with a lovely honey and apple bouquet and a wonderful honey finish.
Boot Brawl: This is a limited release hopped cider inspired by our participation in Strange Brewfest. We added several varieties of hops to our semisweet cider and we are very hoppy with the result. The cider has a rich fruity aroma from specially selected hops and the right amount of bitter to make a very pleasant, hearty cider. Funny name but great cider!
We'll be bottling Homestead Semisweet cider, more sweet, and more raspberry this week. Then we will start bottling more red wines. So there will be lots of exciting new products.

Homestead Ciders
Made from our 1883 Homestead Orchard and other old orchards on the Olympic Peninsula. We blend the heirloom varieties including Gravenstein, Jonathan, Greening, Winesap, russets with apples from our English and French cider apple orchard to make our Homestead ciders.
Homestead Ciders are available as:
- Dry, crisp and refreshing;
- Semisweet, slightly sweet and apple-y
- Sweet, not too sweet with luscious apple flavor
All are 8% alcohol.
Raspberry Cider
Made with heirloom apple varieties and/or certified organic apples and raspberries locally grown on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. Slight effervescent with rich raspberry flavor.
8% alcohol.
Quince Cider
Made with certified organically grown quince from Willowrose Orchard on Guemes Island in Washington's beautiful San Juan Islands.
Several quince varieties are blended to make a complex cider with flavors of pineapple, honey, and grapefruit.
8% alcohol.
Apple Mead
Made with certified organic apples and honey from Sequim Washington's Sailing S Orchard. Apple and honey flavors complement each other in this delicious wine. The honey adds sweetness but is not too sweet.
10% alcohol
