Eaglemount Cabernet Sauvignon is a new release spring 2012.  The grapes were handpicked at Arianses Vineyard in Washington's Wahluke Slope AVA.  After fermenting in Fall 2008 at our winery, the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels in our underground cellar.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon has complex dark fruit flavors with just the right acidity and tannin structure.  It tastes wonderful now and will just get better over the years.
